For the 2014 Brazilian Day VIP & Camarote Areas
We are very happy that you will be joining us in the
VIP / Camarote area for the BDNY 2014! Prepare yourself for an incredible experience!
In order to keeps things well organized
the management has set strict rules and regulations
to insure a safe and successful BDNY 2014 for all.
Please take a moment to go over
All of the rules and regulations below!
They will be strictly enforced regardless of the person.
PLEASE NO EXCUSES!
The Camarote/VIP area entrance will be on 43rd street only.
-You MUST wear your VIP/Shirt and your bracelet the entire time of
the festival, anyone caught removing their shirt and/or bracelet will be
immediately escorted out of the area by security.
– Your bracelet must be worn snugly on your wrists. If at any time
our security or staff members find that your bracelet is loose enough to be
slipped off your wrist, you will be escorted out, your bracelet confiscated,
and you will NOT be allowed re-entry. This includes both the VIP and
Camarote areas.
No one except the sponsors of the event will be allowed to stay in the backstage area during the performances. This will be strictly enforced!!
